1. What information do we collect?

We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model Internet service provider and/or or mobile carrier and Internet Protocol (IP) address.

o Push notifications.

We may ask to send you push notifications about your account or certain features of the App.

This information is primarily used to maintain the security and operation of our applications, for troubleshooting, and for our internal analysis and reporting purposes.

All personal information you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

o Automated technology or interaction.

Ayar may collect the data, when you use our Services. The cookies may store.

If you want to change our access rights or permissions, you can change your device's settings.

Please note that Ayar is managed by INTELVISOR CO., LTD registered in Japan, therefore your data may be stored, processed, transferred and accessed between companies in Japan or any other country where Ayar or its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners or service providers are located or maintain facilities.

You expressly consent and consent to the transfer, storage and/or processing of your information outside of your country of residence. Notwithstanding, we will process information from or about you in accordance with this Policy and applicable law, wherever that information is stored.

5. How do we handle your social logins?

If you choose to use a social media account to register or log in to our Services, we may have access to certain profile information about you. It may include your name, email address, friend list and profile picture, and other information you choose to make public on such social media platforms.

We do not control and are not responsible for other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media providers. Your personal information if necessary for legitimate business purposes and permitted by applicable law. Once you ask us to close your account and delete your personal information, we will delete or delete all your personal information that we are not required or permitted by law to keep.

We may deny your request if it is illegal or invalid, or if it may violate trade secrets or intellectual property rights or the privacy or other rights of others.

You can stop the app from collecting all information by uninstalling the app using the standard uninstall process applicable to your device. Remember, uninstalling the app will not close your account. To close your account, please use the corresponding function on the Service.

If you reside in the European Economic Area and the UK, you have the right to complain to the appropriate data protection authority. If you have concerns about how we process your personal information.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may modify or amend our Privacy Policy from time to time. Although we may attempt to notify you when material changes are made to this Privacy Policy, you should periodically check our website or services for the latest version so that you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

12. Free performance without bugs

We do not guarantee error-free performance under this Privacy Policy. We will use reasonable efforts to comply with this Privacy Policy and will take immediate corrective action upon learning of any failure to comply with our Privacy Policy. In no event shall we be liable for any incidental, consequential or punitive damages in connection with this Privacy Policy.

For the safety of your account management, we provide a quick delete account function in the App. You can click Account Settings in the App Settings to view the Delete Account option. After clicking, you can follow the prompts to guide the user to delete the account. For the security of your account property, after you confirm the deletion of account information, you will log out and we will keep your account for 7 days. Within 7 days, you can log in again at any time to retrieve your account and keep all account information. After more than seven days, we will delete all your account data and it cannot be retrieved by any means.
