At Ayar, we pledge an unyielding commitment to the creation of a safe and nurturing environment for all our users, especially children. The Child Safety Standards Policy upholds our strong resolve to safeguard children’s privacy, ensure their welfare, and provide a secure online and offline milieu for them. In recognition of the increased risks faced by minors, we adopt rigorous safety measures and advocate responsible conduct that prioritizes the security of children across all our digital services and personal interactions. Ayar rigorously enforces the stringent standards set by Google’s child safety policies, and complies with global and local legal requirements.
We has zero tolerance for any form of mistreatment, exploitation, or inappropriate sexualization of minors. Robust implementation of protocols designed to protect those under the age of 18 is central to our mission. Users found in breach of these strict regulations — detailed herein — risk permanent exclusion from Ayar’ services and may face legal repercussions.
This policy applies to all users of Ayar and governs all user interactions, including but not limited to user-generated content, interactive features, report mechanisms, and content moderation.
Upon registering, all users must confirm their age. Access to Ayar and its services is strictly limited to persons aged 18 and above. If a user is discovered to have falsified their age at account creation, an immediate suspension of the account will be actioned.
Ayar employs both automatic and manual reviewing tactics to diligently forbid all CSEA (Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) and any CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material), incorporating, but not limited to, the offenses listed below:
1. Improper conduct towards a child (e.g., unsolicited physical contact).
2. Child grooming (e.g., forming a seemingly friendly relationship with a child online with the aim of later sexual activity or image exchange of a sexual nature).
3. Content that sexualizes minors (e.g., content either depicting, inciting, or promoting the sexual exploitation of children or presenting them in a sexually suggestive manner).
4. Sextortion (e.g., threatening a child with the exposure of alleged intimate images for coercion).
5. Human trafficking of children (e.g., sharing or soliciting children for commercial sexual purposes).
6. Live acts of child abuse (e.g., maltreatment of children via broadcasts or through coercive use of our platforms).
1. Policy breaches can be reported within our apps using the "!" icon on the user profile or in private chat windows under the "Report" option. Our customer service operates 24/7 to address every report within 24 hours.
2. The in-app "Customer Service" feature allows the direct communication of violations to our immediate support team.
3. Violations can also be reported via email to service@ayarlive.com with pertinent evidence, including user ID and screenshots.
4. Instances involving CSEA or CSAM will result in Ayar reporting the matter to The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
Based on the information provided by the reporter, our team will review the severity of the violation. Depending on the review outcome, penalties will range from warnings to account suspension. In particularly severe cases, we will impose bans on the account, device ID, and email.
1. Ayar will periodically update this policy to reflect evolving needs and insights, with changes announced on our official website. Policy modifications may also be communicated to our users via in-app notifications.
